Forms to fill-up and submit:

• Online Client Account Information (CAIF)
• Online Trading Customer Agreement (Terms & Conditions)
• Two (2) Specimen Cards

Corporate Requirements:

1. Articles of Incorporation or its equivalent, certified by the Corporate Secretary as a true copy.
2. By-Laws or its equivalent, certified by Corporate Secretary as a true copy.
3. Certified True Copy of Securities & Exchange Commission Registration or its equivalent.
4. Corporate Secretary’s Certification authorizing the opening of account with AB Capital Securities, Inc. and the person/s authorize to transact on behalf of the company.
5. Valid ID’s of personnel authorize to transact, certified by the Corporate Secretary as true copy.
6. Latest Certified True Copy of Audited Financial Statement with auditor’s opinion.
7. Specimen Signature Cards certified by the Corporate Secretary.
8. Certified true copy by the Corporate Secretary of the General Information Sheet on the company containing the following information:
   1. List of Directors/Partners
   2. List of Stockholders owning at least 20% of the capital stock.

Note: If the company is a foreign registered company that is not registered or a domiciled in the Philippines, the required corporate documents must be authenticated by the Philippine Consulate.

Once your documents have been received and reviewed, AB Capital Securities, Inc. will send you a notification email with your account details.
